Identity for @annetterestaurant, the brasserie of the Grand Hôtel Cayré, offering contemporary French cuisine
with stunning views of Boulevard Raspail, in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

Led by Bruno Brangea (former executive chef for Alain Ducasse), the brasserie pays tribute to Annette Kolb,
an inspiring Franco-German writer and pacifist who resided for 17 years in the former Hôtel Cayré.
